Recordings

Recordings are made by your Callr Actions scenarios (call recording, voicemail...). They can be transcribed and analyzed: transcription, sentiment, named entities and personal data (PII). See Call recording & transcription.

• The status goes from recording to processing, then ready or error. The url is available once the recording is ready.
• Subscribe to the v2.recording.updated webhook to be notified.

Bulk operations

Update recordings and Delete recordings apply to all your recordings when you don't specify any sid. A deletion cannot be undone.
