Audio Files

Audio files are the prompts your scenarios play, referenced by their SID (audioFile: {sid: ...} in Callr Actions). See Voices and audio.

• Upload an audio file (audio/flac, audio/mpeg, audio/mp4, audio/ogg, audio/wav), or record it over the phone.
• Processing is asynchronous: the status goes from pending-conversion to processing, then ready or error. Subscribe to the v2.audio-file.updated webhook to be notified.
• System files (readonly: true) cannot be modified or deleted.
