Templates

Ready-to-use Callr Actions scenarios: phone menus, voicemail, AI agents, call tracking and more.

Ready-to-use scenarios, the same as the template gallery of the Callr Console. Each one is a complete, valid scenario: copy the YAML into a new scenario, edit the values marked at the top, attach a phone number and call it.

Most templates also exist in French in the Console.

Forward calls, build phone menus and route callers by time, intent or language.

  • Forward calls to your team: Two mobiles and a SIP PBX ring at the same time without answering first; whoever picks up gets the call and sees the caller's number.
  • Simple phone menu: The classic IVR: a greeting, one key per department, opening hours on 3, a second chance when nothing is pressed, and a message when the team does not answer.
  • Speech menu with status lookup: Callers press or say their choice: reach an agent, or give a ticket number that is looked up in your API and read back to them.
  • Route by opening hours: During opening hours calls ring your whole team; after hours, on holidays or when nobody answers, callers leave a voicemail that is transcribed and emailed to you.
  • Screen callers: Unknown callers record their name; you hear it and press 1 or say yes to accept; numbers on your VIP list go straight through.
  • Route by intent with AI: Callers say what they need instead of going through a menu tree: AI picks the right team, with a keypad menu as backup and a person when the AI cannot decide.
  • Greet callers in their language: One number for every market: the caller's country picks the greeting language, the voice and the local team that answers, with English by default.
  • Keep your PBX over SIP: Inbound calls go to your PBX or SBC over SIP TLS; if it is unreachable or busy they fail over to a mobile, then to a voicemail that is transcribed and emailed to you.

Voicemail, missed-call SMS and forwarding with a fallback.

  • Text back missed calls: Rings your whole team at once; if nobody picks up, callers on a mobile get an instant SMS saying you will call back, and your team gets the caller's number by SMS and email.
  • Forwarding with voicemail: Rings your number with a whisper; if nobody answers, the caller gets a text-back and leaves a message that is transcribed and sent to you by SMS and email.
  • Voicemail with transcription: The number goes straight to voicemail; callers can listen back and re-record, and the transcript is sent to you by email, SMS and to your webhook.

Voice and SMS agents that answer, book and call back with OpenAI.

  • AI receptionist: An AI agent answers your calls, or takes over when your team does not pick up: it qualifies the caller, books a slot in cal.com and emails you a summary.
  • AI agent that calls your customers: Your app starts the call by API and an AI voice agent talks to your customer, then the outcome is summarised and sent to your webhook and inbox.
  • Your voice AI over SIP: Bridges your Callr number over SIP to your Vapi or ElevenLabs agent (or OpenAI Realtime, with your own server accepting the calls), with recording and a human backup.
  • AI SMS agent: An AI answers every text from your business facts, remembers each conversation for an hour, respects STOP and emails the thread to your team once when a person is needed.

Record, transcribe and summarize calls with AI, then push the data to your platform.

  • Record and transcribe calls: Announces the recording, forwards the call, then emails the recording link and transcript as soon as the recording is ready, and posts them to your webhook if you want.
  • AI summary of every call: AI behind the call: forwards and records each call, asks your LLM your own questions about the transcript, then emails the answers and pushes them to your webhook or CRM the moment the call ends.
  • Click-to-call with AI summary: Connects two numbers by API, records the conversation, and emails and posts the AI-extracted answers to your webhook when the call ends.

Click-to-call, conference rooms and number masking.

  • Click-to-call: Started from your app by API: calls a first number with voicemail detection, then a second number who presses 1 to accept, connects them and posts both legs' status to your webhook.
  • Conference room with PIN: Callers dial in, enter a PIN and wait on hold until someone else joins; your app can call a participant straight into the same room, which they leave automatically when everyone else has gone.
  • Connect buyers and sellers: A pool number per listing: your platform says who to connect, Callr calls them showing the masked number, whispers the context, can record for disputes and posts the CDR back to your platform.

Outbound calls started from the API: reminders, one-time codes and alert escalation.

  • Appointment reminder: Started from your app by API, it calls the customer, skips answering machines, names your business, reads the appointment, takes press 1 to confirm or 2 to cancel, and posts the answer to your webhook.
  • Voice OTP with SMS fallback: Your app calls the user and the code is read out digit by digit; if nobody answers, it goes by SMS and your webhook gets the result.
  • Critical alert escalation: Started by API with the alert text: on-call contacts are called one after another until one acknowledges by pressing 1; up to 10 contacts get an SMS copy and your webhook learns who acknowledged, or that nobody did.

Reply to text messages and send links by SMS during a call.

  • SMS auto-reply: Every text to your number gets an instant reply, with dedicated answers for HELP, HOURS and CONTACT, and each message lands in your inbox and your CRM.
  • Send a link by SMS during a call: Callers press 1 during the call and instantly get your booking, payment or tracking link by SMS, and landline callers hear the address instead.

Measure every call per campaign and push the data to your tools.

  • Call tracking per campaign: One tracked number per ad, listing or client: the call is forwarded, the agent hears the source in a whisper, and the call with its source goes to GA4, Mixpanel and your webhook the moment it ends.
  • Advanced call tracking: Everything on one tracked number: caller lookup on your server, a whisper to the agent, recording, a voicemail fallback, missed-call alerts, and Call / MissedCall events sent to GA4 and Mixpanel.

Start from scratch, call your API, use OAuth integrations or your own voice.

  • Start from scratch: An empty scenario with the three entry points, inbound call, inbound SMS and API, ready for your own actions.
  • Your first call with data: The getting-started guide in one scenario: set your URL, call your number, and the full call record lands on your server as JSON the moment the call ends.
  • Caller lookup in your API: Your backend is queried with the caller's number while the phone rings, the caller is greeted by name, and the call data plus the full CDR can be posted to your webhook when the call ends.
  • Salesforce caller lookup: While the phone rings, the caller is looked up in your connected Salesforce, greeted by name and announced to your rep, and every call, answered or missed, is logged as a Task on their record.
  • Your own ElevenLabs voice: Sets ElevenLabs as the text-to-speech engine for every prompt in the scenario: a building block that plays a welcome, ready for your own actions.
