New status page: status.callr.com

Callr has a new public status page: status.callr.com. It shows the live status of the platform, the incidents and the planned maintenance, and you can subscribe to be notified.

What it shows

  • API. REST API v2, JSON-RPC API v1, login and authentication (sso.callr.com), media and recordings (media.callr.com).
  • Voice. SIP trunking over TLS (fr1.sip.callr.com, fr2.sip.callr.com, us.sip.callr.com) and SIP registration over TLS (fr1.reg.callr.com, fr2.reg.callr.com).
  • Website and Console. www.callr.com, the customer console (app.callr.com) and the developer documentation (docs.callr.com).
  • Each datacenter. FR.PA2 and FR.TH2 have their own section, with DNS and the API checked on that datacenter only. You can see which datacenter is affected by an incident.
  • History. 90 days of uptime per component, the incidents and their updates, and the planned maintenance announced in advance.

The components are checked from outside our network, from several regions, every few minutes.
