JSON-RPC v1 API Deprecation Notice
We are announcing the deprecation of the Callr JSON-RPC v1 API.
📅 End of Life: January 1, 2027The JSON-RPC v1 API will be permanently turned off on 01/01/2027. After this date, any requests made to the v1 endpoints will no longer be processed.
✅ The New API Is Available
Our new REST API has been available since March 2025 and provides:
- Improved consistency and resource-oriented design
- Better authentication and security model
- Enhanced performance and scalability
- Expanded feature coverage
- Long-term support and ongoing improvements
We strongly recommend that all customers migrate as soon as possible to ensure uninterrupted service.

The guide includes:
- Endpoint mapping between v1 and the new API
- Request and response format differences
📢 Reminder Notifications
Customers still using JSON-RPC v1 will receive automated reminder emails once per month until their migration is completed.

- Audit your current usage of JSON-RPC v1
- Plan your migration timeline
- Test integrations using the new API
- Complete migration well before January 1, 2027
