Callr Actions: startRecording@v2 and stopRecording@v2 return the Recording SID in lowercase

startRecording@v2 and stopRecording@v2 are available. They work like v1, with one change: the result is the Recording SID in lowercase, the format used by the REST API v2.

• Same parameters and events. feeds, transcription and the ready event are unchanged.
• Lowercase result. v1 returned the Recording ID in uppercase. v2 returns it in lowercase, so you can pass it as is to the Recordings endpoints of the REST API v2.
• v1 keeps working. Existing scenarios are not affected. The examples of the documentation now use v2.
