Callr Actions: MAI-Voice-2 voices are deprecated, move to MAI-Voice-2.1

Microsoft retires the MAI-Voice-2 voices on December 31, 2026. Replace the :MAI-Voice-2 suffix with :MAI-Voice-2.1 in your scenarios before that date.

  • Same voices, new suffix. fr-FR-Soleil:MAI-Voice-2 becomes fr-FR-Soleil:MAI-Voice-2.1, en-US-Harper:MAI-Voice-2 becomes en-US-Harper:MAI-Voice-2.1, and so on.
  • nl-NL-Fleur is gone. It has no MAI-Voice-2.1 version: use nl-NL-Harper:MAI-Voice-2.1 instead.
  • New Flash variant. Every MAI voice also exists as :MAI-Voice-2.1-Flash, with a lower latency. Use it for AI voice agents (voicebot).
  • Two new French voices. fr-FR-Grant and fr-FR-Harper, in both MAI-Voice-2.1 and Flash.
  • Same price. MAI voices still cost the same as standard voices.
