Callr Actions editor: the price of each action, with your rates

The documentation panel of the Callr Actions editor now has a Pricing section for every action. It shows what the action costs, with the rates of your account.

  • What is billed, and how. Each billed item is listed with your rate and its rounding: text-to-speech per 10 characters rounded up, speech-to-text per 10 seconds rounded up on the whole listening time, call recording per second with a minimum billed duration, and so on. A free action says so.
  • Priced examples. Typical uses are priced with your rates, for example a prompt, a menu where the caller presses a key, or a 2-minute conversation with voicebot@v2. Each example shows its total and the cost of each item.
  • Your own text-to-speech engine. The own-engine rate is shown when your scenario uses your own engine, set in defaults.textToSpeech.engine (azure or elevenlabs), for the scenario or for a branch.
  • Your AI provider. For openai and voicebot, the section reminds you that the tokens of the model are billed by your provider (OpenAI) on your own account. Callr does not bill them, and the examples leave them out.

Open the documentation panel in the editor and select an action: the Pricing section is at the bottom of its page.
